Tell Us A Little About Yourself

I was born and raised near Youngstown Ohio, where Democratic politics is a religion and Republicans can be counted on two hands. I was fortunate to meet John McCain twice in the 2000 Republican primary. I was a registered Democrat at that point, but after spending 15 minutes with him aboard the Straight Talk Express, I came home and switched parties the next day. I worked for George Bush in 2000 and 2004, primarily phone bank work, and was committed to John McCain early on. I served in the Marine Corps from 1968-1972, so my allegiance for Senator McCain was very strong, but I followed Mitt during the 2008 primary season and found him to be very persuasive. I got the chance to meet Governor Romney during a stop at the McCain headquarters in Columbus and was very impressed with him. I think he's the only one that can stop this madness in 2012. I would like to become a Romney delegate from Ohio at the 2012 Republican National Convention. I just added a Romney 2012 bumper sticker to my car.

What campaign experience do you have?

Working the phone bank, door-to-door and public speaking. I had the great privilege of being asked to lead the Pledge of Allegiance for separate rallies for both Senator McCain and Governor Palin during the last two weeks of the 2008 campaign. I also ran my own campaign for my local Board of Education and was elected to 2 four year terms.

Can you campaign for Romney when the time comes?

Yes

The Ameriacan public is beginning to see what we've known about MItt all along. Romney will be the person to sort out the fiasco in Washington after Obama serves his four years. Can we push a fast-forward button?!
